I've observed that any carpet that the robot touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener on mounts, which can cause abrasions.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a range of smart features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can manage and set up these through the Roborock app that is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings, track battery life and component maintenance. But you'll need to jump through a few hoops to enable voice control on this model which is a pity considering the quality of its performance.
