The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution item level upgrade That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade Item Upgrader kit is an item for evolution that allows trainers to develop certain Pokemon into stronger forms. It is manufactured by a company called Silph Co.

This item is a scarce one however, you can find it by spinning Photo Discs in PokeStops or Gyms.

It comes with a variety of extra bonuses and features an upgrade track that limits the amount to which items can be upgraded.

Upgrade components
