Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means, including from the Mistery Box or item Upgrades as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of an item, such as increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and item upgrades which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost an item level upgrade's level by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item upgrader kit's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are many ways to acquire these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will receive a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at one time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be used and a minimum amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can put in equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item level upgrade vary depending on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Item upgrade components can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.

Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get an exact roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close you are to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any Best item upgrade upgrader NPC.
