The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution Item That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is an item that helps trainers develop certain Pokemon into stronger forms. It is manufactured by a company known as Silph Co.
