Guild Wars 2 Item Upgrade

The process of upgrading an item, often referred to as "upping," improves an item's stats. Each upgrade increment increases the stat linearly.

Players can recycle up to six items at once to gain an ability to gauge the level of each of the upgraded components. The cost of recycling an item varies with its rarity and level.

Upgrade components
